Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive damaged or wrong products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns for opened spice packages. Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
